1. Overview
CoteZip provides an online flower delivery service. Customers in the United States can order flowers for delivery to recipients in South Korea.
2. Orders & Delivery
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include delivery within Korea.
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6:00 PM KST in eligible areas.
- Remote areas (islands, mountainous regions) may incur additional delivery fees or require an extra delivery day.
- Delivered flower arrangements may vary slightly from product images due to seasonal and regional flower availability.
- For wreaths, the ratio of fresh to artificial flowers may vary by region.
- Wreath pickup/removal is not included. The customer or venue is responsible for disposal after the event.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards.
4. Refund & Cancellation
- Once an order enters the "Preparing" stage, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Refunds or exchanges are only available if the flowers arrive severely damaged (photo required) or if delivery was not completed.
- To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos at info@cotezip.com.
5. Points & Coupons
- Points are earned on purchases and through the referral program.
- Points can be redeemed for discount coupons applied at checkout.
- Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- CoteZip reserves the right to modify or discontinue the points program at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
CoteZip is not liable for delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
