Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

CoteZip is an online flower delivery service operated by MathToML LLC. Customers in the United States can order flowers for delivery to recipients in South Korea. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• •Guest checkout is available without creating an account.
• •You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining its security.
• •Members can earn points, save addresses, and view order history.
• •Using another person's account without permission or fraudulently earning points is prohibited.

3. Orders & Delivery

• •All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include standard delivery within Korea.
• •Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5:00 PM KST in eligible areas.
• •Remote areas (islands, mountainous regions) may incur additional delivery fees or require an extra delivery day.
• •Delivered arrangements may vary slightly from product images due to seasonal and regional availability. The overall color palette and style will be maintained.
• •For wreaths, the ratio of fresh to artificial flowers may vary by region.
• •Wreath pickup/removal is not included. The customer or venue is responsible for disposal after the event.
• •Delivery time slots are preferred times and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

4. Payment

• •Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• •We accept major US credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• •All charges are in US Dollars (USD).
• •An order confirmation email is sent after successful payment.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• •Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter the "Preparing" stage.
• •Refunds or exchanges are only available if flowers arrive severely damaged or if delivery was not completed.
• •To request a refund, contact info@cotezip.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of damage.
• •Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
• •For full refunds on orders with point coupons, the used points will be restored.

6. Points & Coupons

• •Signup bonus points are awarded upon registration.
• •Points are earned proportional to purchase amount (4pt per dollar).
• •Referral program: both referrer and referee receive bonus points.
• •Points can be redeemed for discount coupons at checkout.
• •Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• •Points earned from a refunded order will be deducted.
• •CoteZip may modify point earning rates and redemption terms with prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

• •Placing orders with false information.
• •Using automated tools to create bulk accounts or fraudulently earn points.
• •Interfering with the normal operation of our service.

Violation may result in account suspension or forfeiture of earned points.

8. Limitation of Liability

• •CoteZip is not liable for delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• •We are not responsible for delivery failures due to recipient absence or incorrect address/contact information.
• •CoteZip's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Intellectual Property

The design, logo, content, and product images on the CoteZip website are the property of MathToML LLC and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated, and changes will be posted on this page. We may notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
