Important Notes
- • Flowers are handcrafted by local florists and may differ slightly from the product image due to regional and seasonal availability.
- • In some regions, the arrangement may be partially or fully composed of artificial flowers.
- • For condolence stands, 3-tier arrangements may not be permitted at certain venues. If so, we will advise on an alternative style.
- • Cancellation and change requests are only accepted Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET). Requests sent outside these hours count as received at the next opening time (10:00 AM ET on a weekday).
- • A cancellation or change request must be received at least 5 hours before the desired delivery time in Korea (Korea is 13 hours ahead of ET during US daylight saving time, 14 hours during standard time), and orders already in "Preparing" cannot be cancelled.
- • Once an arrangement is prepared, exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind are not available, as fresh flowers cannot be reused once cut.
