We deliver nationwide across Korea, including major cities and most regional areas. Remote areas and islands (Jeju, Ulleungdo, etc.) may require additional delivery time and shipping fees.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM KST (Korea Standard Time) are eligible for same-day delivery in major areas. Orders after the cutoff will be delivered the next day.

We accept all major US credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment system. All prices are in USD.

Cancellations and changes are possible before the order is forwarded to our partner florist in Korea. After that, modifications may be difficult. For cancellation or change requests, please contact us at info@cotezip.com.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is a quality issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Flower arrangements may vary slightly from the photo depending on regional availability and season. The overall style, color scheme, and volume will be similar. For specific flowers (e.g., freesia, tulips), the order may be automatically cancelled if they are out of season. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

Yes, we offer both celebration wreaths (grand openings, promotions, weddings) and condolence wreaths (funerals, memorials). Ribbon messages are included.

Of course! You can write your card message in Korean, English, or both. Your heartfelt message will be printed on a card and delivered together with the flowers.

No. No phone verification or PASS authentication is required for payment. You can order with just your US phone number and email. You may optionally provide the recipient's phone number to help ensure smooth delivery.
